Frequently asked questions
Is parking provided?
There is a large public parking lot a few meters from the apartment. Parking in the street is free, but you always need to use the blue parking disc between 07h00 and 20h00. Zaventem is divided into different parking zones depending on how long you can park somewhere. The apartment is located right in the center where there is a parking zone of 4 hours (yellow zone). We provide 2 blue parking discs in each apartment.
Transport to and from the airport
You can reach the airport by train, bus, taxi or on foot. Trains and buses run from 5am. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The nearest bus stop is on Kerkplein. It is a 40-minute walk to the airport. If you want to reach the airport at night or very early in the morning, we recommend ordering a taxi.
Do I have to do anything to check in and out?
After your reservation you will receive an access code of 4 digits. With this code you can open the front door of the building and the door of your apartment. You can arrive at any time starting from 3 pm. Everyone must be checked out by 11am. There is nothing more to do. Please contact us if you prefer to check in earlier or check out later. We do everything necessary based on availability.
